What is the status of my order and how can I track it?
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can also track your package by logging into your account and visiting the 'Order History' section.
What is Black Diamond's return policy for technical equipment?
We accept returns on unused products in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please note that for safety reasons, climbing hardware and personal protective equipment (PPE) cannot be returned if the original packaging has been opened.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, we stand behind our gear. Black Diamond offers a limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. If your product fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace it at our discretion.
How do I determine the correct size for apparel and footwear?
Each product page features a detailed size chart. We recommend measuring yourself and comparing those figures to our guide. If you are between sizes for technical layers, we generally suggest sizing up for better mobility.
How should I clean and maintain my waterproof shells and down jackets?
Technical apparel should be washed using gear-specific detergents like Nikwax. Avoid fabric softeners and heavy agitation. For GORE-TEX items, tumble drying on low heat after washing helps reactivate the Durable Water Repellent (DWR) coating.
Does Black Diamond ship internationally?
We currently ship to a wide range of countries across North America, Europe, and Asia. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by location and will be calculated at checkout based on your destination.
